  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

You will collaborate closely with department managers to create compelling job postings, cultivate local sourcing relationships, and employ innovative recruitment strategies tailored to our organization’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
  • Craft engaging job postings that stand out and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen applications and conduct interviews, helping us identify the perfect fit for our team.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, fostering a fair and inclusive hiring process.

What We’re Looking For:
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strategic thinker who can implement effective sourcing strategies for diverse roles.
  • A detail-oriented professional with a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment.
  • Familiarity with hiring laws and the ability to navigate applicant-tracking systems efficiently.
  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
