Job Title: SAP SAC Reporting Lead Experience: 10-15 years

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SAC Reporting Lead to manage and execute high-quality SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in SAP BI and reporting with at least 2-3 successful end-to-end SAC implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and manage SAP SAC reporting projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of project milestones.
• Implementation Expertise: Oversee the entire implementation process of SAP SAC, from project initiation to go-live, while providing hands-on expertise in report creation, dashboard building, and performance optimization.
• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to gather detailed reporting requirements and translate them into efficient and actionable SAC reports.
• Report Design and Development: Design, build, and maintain SAC reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide key business insights, leveraging advanced SAC features such as stories, predictive analytics, and smart insights.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize SAC reports for performance, ensuring data load times and report generation are efficient and scalable across the organization.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, data analytics, and business units, to align reporting objectives with broader company goals.
• User Training: Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure that users can effectively navigate and utilize SAC reports and dashboards.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to SAC reports, data integration, and performance, ensuring continuous improvements and system reliability.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of SAC reporting processes, implementation guides, and end-user manuals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in SAP BI, with at least 2-3 successful SAP SAC implementations.
• SAP Analytics Cloud Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAC architecture, story building, predictive analytics, and smart insights.
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SAC report development, data modeling, and integration with SAP BW, SAP HANA, or other data sources.
• Business Acumen: Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading reporting projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with a proactive approach to problem resolution.
