Our client develops advanced solutions for various industries, and we're looking for someone who can drive complex technical projects while leveraging data-driven insights.
Job Description
As a Technical Solutions and Analytics Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in integrating project management, technical solution development, and data analysis. This multifaceted position requires a strong technical background combined with project management skills to oversee complex initiatives, architect innovative solutions, and extract valuable insights from data to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and delivering technical projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

2. Technical Solutions Management (40%)

  • Assist with the architecture and design of technical solutions to address business challenges.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of custom software applications and integrations.
  • Manage the full solution lifecycle, from concept and requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions align with system architecture and performance requirements.
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative technical solutions.
  • Develop technical specifications and documentation for solutions.

3. Data Analysis and Integration (25%)

  • Assist with designing and implementing data pipelines to collect and process complex data sets.
  • Develop analytics models to support project goals and solution optimization.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key technical insights to stakeholders.
  • Integrate data analysis results into technical solutions for continuous enhancement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in technical project management or software development, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in architecting and developing complex technical solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with Oracle cloud platform technologies.
  • Solid understanding of database systems and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • PMP certification and/or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with industrial processes and materials is beneficial.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with IoT technologies and industrial automation systems.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.


Hybrid: Ability to come into the Fulton County, Kentucky office once a week or as needed.
