Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
A degree in a field relevant to the work effort, such as economics, international relations, or procurement.
Clearance: NATO SECRET or equivalent
Location: Remote working
(on occasion may be required to provide support on NATO premises at the discretion ofthe Head of Acquisition Policy)
Duties and Role:
Under the direction / guidance of the Head of Acquisition Policy, the procurement policy support will:
- provide first-line administrative support to the Contract Award Board; and
- perform data entry, including but not limited to processing forms, maintaining internal databases and filing documents; and
- draft correspondence, including but not limited to memoranda and meeting minutes; and
- publish content to Agency web-based portals (e.g., SharePoint); and
- provide support to other policy initiatives, as required
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
- The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
A degree in a field relevant to the work effort, such as economics, international relations, or procurement.
- Desired Experience: NATO experience in a procurement environment and experience with SharePoint environments.
- Desired Knowledge: Knowledge of NATO procurement procedures.
- The candidate is able to speak and write fluent English since the work is conducted in English. The candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO member nations
