  • We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Developer with a strong background in technology, B2B marketing, project and agency management, and writing engaging marketing copy.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in stakeholder management and communication, while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • This role involves developing and managing content for the Integrated Marketing Content Team’s business initiatives and enhancing client brand voice and impact through strategic content creation and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development and Management:

  • Create compelling content related to deadline-driven customer-facing events and activities, ensuring alignment with the Customer Experience Team’s business initiatives.
  • Drive direction for agency supplied content and provide clear guidance to agency writers to enhance quality and consistency.
  • Develop a variety of content types including infographics, e-books, videos, social media assets, event content, blog posts, and customer stories.
  • Organize and maintain all content-related documents in a centralized SharePoint repository, ensuring accessibility, version control, and collaboration across teams.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with content agencies to manage content marketing budgets, schedules, and communications.
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and content alignment with business objectives.

Agency Management:

  • Work with multiple agencies for various projects, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the workflow between internal teams and external agencies to align with project goals and timelines.

Brand Voice and Influence:

  • Enhance the influence and effectiveness of the company's brand voice by amplifying key narratives and initiatives to expand its reach and impact.
  • Serve as a champion for the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity by adhering to the company’s style guide, enforcing editorial standards, and ensuring all content maintains high-quality and consistency.

Campaign Execution and Analysis:

  • Manage the execution of content marketing campaigns, professional stakeholder communication, and adherence to timelines and SLAs. Ensure all projects are deadline-driven and meet specified requirements.
  • Own and organize all campaign deliverables driving timely reviews and handoffs between stakeholders and agency.
  • Analyze marketing initiative results to provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns; Communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.

SEO and Online Presence:

  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize the company's online presence and drive organic traffic to digital channels.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage and expand existing content by diversifying its use across various channels, ensuring engagement and maximizing its lifespan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technology, BDM marketing, project management, and technical copywriting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of effective communication and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
