Job Title: Information Scientist I
Location: North Chicago Illinois USA 60064
Duration: 12 Months Contract ( with possible extensions)
Description Details
Core Job Responsibilities:
Execution and verification of data transfer and consolidation tasks as assigned.
Responsible for communication of project status and escalation of issues to manger.
Reconcile project demands with available resources and escalate any deviation from project timeline.
Record all support activities for proper measurement of work performed.

Superior attention to detail
Familiarity with Windows operating system
Ability to ascertain the criticality of issues
Understanding of computer terms and acronyms, and to translate technical terms into non-technical language
Ability to follow departmental processes and procedures, ability to follow and document resolutions and exceptions.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree in computer science or 2-3 plus years of related experience, sufficient, but not required. Relevant experience can override educational requirements . Previous large corporate experience would be a plus.* Forensic, IT experience would be a plus....
Minimum of two years of experience in a corporate IT or computer support-related field.
