Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Inspire Horizons’ marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, and community engagement.

You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving traffic to our site, and engaging with the community and payors. The role will also involve event planning, creating promotional materials, and organizing Continuing Education Units (CEU) events. You will work closely with both the clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Compensation

  • $50,000 - $54,000/year

Work Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Hybrid work schedule with some travel to clinics required
  • Must be local to Phoenix or surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company website and social media platforms, creating engaging content for both.
  • Post weekly on all platforms to maintain and boost online presence.
  • Attend and organize community events to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and manage event calendars for pediatric therapy-related conferences and events.
  • Distribute promotional materials to referral partners and strengthen key relationships.
  • Coordinate events for clients, families, and clinic teams.
  • Capture and post in-clinic content monthly to highlight services and team achievements.
  • Create monthly staff shout-outs and promotion highlights.
  • Organize CEU events to support clinician development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or therapy.
  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
