Marketing Project Specialist

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team. This role requires
flexibility and the ability to work across multiple functions, assisting with critical aspects of the Marketing
Department: media buying, creative management, and analytics. The selected candidate will assist in the
creation or management of specified du&es within each of these areas, working closely with and
delegated by the Marketing Director.
Responsibility Areas:

Social Media: Assist with content creation, scheduling, and management of social media platforms,
ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy.
Creative Content Support: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop creative assets and content
as needed, including blog posts, graphics, and promotional materials.
Email Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo, including segmentation,
A/B testing and performance reporting.
Assistant Media Buyer/Lead Outreach: Assist with media buying efforts, including researching advertising
platforms and internal outreach with media outlets. Some experience in media buying or working with
media partners is preferred.
Support Across Marke0ng Department: This role is a support role, and as such, some duties and
responsibilities may shift over to me as marketing efforts/needs change and some areas need more
attention.

Requirements:
Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings.
Experience managing social media platforms and content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic graphic design or content creation skills.
Flexibility to support media buying, creative management, and analysis tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the Marketing Director.
