We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about understanding and enhancing the customer experience. You’ll approach challenges from the customer’s perspective, prioritizing the user journey and ensuring an intuitive, seamless experience across our products. This role requires someone who can collaborate effectively within an agile environment and work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX, QA, and development. This role is ideal for a Product Manager who thrives in a customer-driven environment and enjoys making impactful product decisions based on user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the product strategy and roadmap with a customer-first mindset
  • Collaborate with UX teams to optimize the user experience and customer journey
  • Partner with QA and development teams to ensure product quality, without needing deep technical knowledge
  • Gather and prioritize customer feedback to shape product improvements
  • Work in an agile team, ensuring continuous alignment with business objectives

Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of experience in product management
  • Strong focus on UX and customer-centric product development
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
  • Basic understanding of QA and development processes without needing to be technical
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
