Position Overview: We are seeking a talented E-Learning Designer & Developer to create professional development courses in Financial, Brand Marketing, and Digital Content Management. These courses will be developed within our chosen LMS, Canvas, and will require Level 1 content interaction. The ideal candidate will ensure the formatting and standardization of course structure and design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop three eLearning courses: Financial, Brand Marketing, and Digital Content Management.
• Design and format course structures, including home page layouts with course information and navigation items
• Create approximately 5 learning modules per course, incorporating headings, content pages, text, images, audio, video content, links, and knowledge checks
• Utilize provided text content, supporting graphics, pre-made short videos, and slide decks
• Implement simple animations and rollovers as necessary
• Develop basic quizzes and ‘check your knowledge’ items throughout the courses
• Ensure all content meets Level 1 interaction standards, with low learner interaction

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in eLearning design and development, preferably within a Higher Education or professional development context
• Proficiency in using Canvas LMS for course development
• Strong skills in instructional design and multimedia content creation
• Ability to format and standardize course structures and design elements
• Familiarity with creating interactive elements such as quizzes and knowledge checks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
