  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Investment Analyst / Associate

Our client, a mature yet entrepreneurial multi-billion-dollar private investment firm in Fort Worth, Texas is interested in hiring a top analyst or associate to join their investment team. You will work with a team of other incredibly bright investment professionals who research and analyze a wide array of potential investments in credit (distressed, high yield, general), equities, private equity, and other special situations and opportunistic investments. They are known for their outstanding strategy, process and consistent returns!

Position Description:

• Generate and screen new investment ideas independently and along with Senior Portfolio Managers for potential investment

• Research and analyze macro trends in multiple verticals within credit

• Manage various processes that help identify which securities to buy or sell

• Develop and maintain various methods in understanding relative value across the high-yield and leveraged loan universe

• Calculate and monitor portfolio analyses to understand overall fund beta

• Monitor major periodicals daily for news and other information that may impact our investments

• Assist Senior Partners on existing investments

• Manage and coordinate various routine tasks with interns and participate in mentoring program

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years' experience with a top investment bank, PE, Hedge Fund, or Consulting Firm (focused on investment advisory)

• Top level academic credentials

• Outstanding Excel modeling capabilities
