The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in NEPA document preparation and have a proven track record of working with relevant agencies, particularly BLM, to gather necessary information. This role focuses on energy projects within the Southwest and requires prior consulting firm experience along with leadership capabilities, as you will eventually build and lead your own team.

The CEQA/NEPA team is large, but you will have the opportunity to work closely with team leaders. The work schedule is flexible, allowing for hybrid or remote work arrangements based on the candidate's caliber, with regular business hours from 9am-5pm, totaling 40 hours a week. Occasional travel may be required.
