Job Summary/Company: As a ServiceNow (HRSD) Business Process Consultant, you will be a crucial member of our ServiceNow practice, responsible for providing expertise in all facets of the ServiceNow platform and integrated technologies. Your primary role will be to design and architect comprehensive solutions that meet our client's business requirements while aligning with industry best practices. Working collaboratively with various teams, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications necessary for their practice expertise.

Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to gather requirements, understand business processes, and design robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions. Create detailed technical designs that align with the clients' short- and long-term needs and leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.
  • Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and project teams, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, and best practices. Identify potential challenges and propose innovative solutions to address them.
  • Implementation Support: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other teams to support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical oversight and ensure that the design is accurately translated into a functional solution.
  • Integration and Automation: Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless workflows and automate business processes. Ensure data consistency and integrity across different platforms.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 5 + years of experience in technical skills, including workflow configuration, and business rule development.
  • 1+ Years of experience implementing CIS- Human Resources.
  • 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
  • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • CIS - Human Resources and CIS - IT Service Management certification
