Overview: As a Systems Engineer IV at our company, you will spearhead the management and deployment of our digital signage across various retail merchandise brands, including in-store and corporate office setups. Your expertise will primarily focus on digital media solutions, enhancing our advertising and informational display systems. This role combines technical acumen with strong vendor and project management skills to deliver high-quality digital signage experiences.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with two primary vendors providing technical support and services for our digital signage systems.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of digital signage, including media players and content management systems.
  • Set up, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated AV equipment for executive support within corporate offices.
  • Ensure strong organization, time management, and excellent customer service to maintain effective project delivery and technical operations.
  • Employ strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and effective management of expectations.

Primary Duties:

  • Provide technical expertise in designing, managing, and deploying digital signage solutions in corporate, distribution centers, and retail environments.
  • Lend expertise in technical support, setup, and installation of Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV equipment for the corporate offices.
  • Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, leveraging advanced technical engineering skills with Digital Signage, AV, and Microsoft Teams Rooms systems.
  • Maintain a balance of 70/30 focus between digital signage and Microsoft Teams Conference rooms.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Vendor Management, particularly with tech solutions.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Digital Signage technologies.
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a technical field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in setting up and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV systems, with a strong understanding of related OEM technologies.

  • Displays strong technical knowledge with a good grasp of the technologies used in digital signage and AV setups.
  • Presents professionally and possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • Has the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of competency and organization.
