  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our Des Plaines client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as business partner to leadership team, providing insights to business results and drivers of variances vs plan and prior year.
  • Drive an analytical process of identifying deviations of actual trends and forecasted/planned results and the creation of actionable steps to remedy and present to senior management
  • Participate in the brand strategy development process and ensure the commercial plan is executed in line with the overall company strategy
  • Develop and establish a high performing team and culture in a fast-paced environment to execute strategic goals and execute effective and quality decision making
  • Lead the forecast and plan for company spend to ensure alignment with monthly business planning and dynamic forecast
  • Proactively lead multiple ad hoc financial analyses including scenario analysis, root cause analysis, & financial performance

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years of Finance experience with prior management experience
  • Ability to use business judgment, conviction, and confidence to communicate and influence business partners
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
  • Pro-active, team player with strong sense of urgency
