This is a 100% in office position in Las Vegas, NV. NOT a remote opportunity.
BASIC PURPOSE
Vanguard Integrity Professionals has a unique in-office IT position available for a System Administrator I. The successful incumbent will be joining our highly qualified team of professionals to maintain our company s IT systems.
DUTIES
During your role as a System Administrator I, you will be responsible for the following:
VMWare vCenter administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
Installs and maintains end-user and hardware and software, including PC s and printers.
Installs, connects network devices, rack mount servers, and maintains local area network hardware.
Coordinate change requests with management and end users.
Provide remote assistance to remote employees.
Install and configure new services and work independently on projects.
User and computer administration using Active Directory.
Advanced skills using Active Directory.
WSUS using SCCM.
Desktop imaging using SCCM.
Microsoft Exchange 2016 User Administration.
Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 Administration.
Vulnerability management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
In-depth knowledge and experience with VMware.
Backup administration
Microsoft SharePoint 2019
Microsoft Lync 2013
Cisco Routing, Switching, VOIP, NAC
Basic Cisco CUCM system administrations relating to phone deployment
Application packaging using SCCM
Exceptional Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn on the job
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to analyze and articulate and implement solutions
Minimum 5 years of experience
Minimum Associates degree in Information Technology or other IT related field of study
Minimum 2 years of experience using VMWare in an enterprise environment
The following certifications are preferred but not required:
Microsoft MCSA: Windows 10
Cisco CCNA

**This position is 100% in office in Las Vegas, NV. There are no sponsorship or relocation packages available for this position.
Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000
