Here is how the Production Supervisor role will impact our business:

The Production Supervisor will supervise daily operations of up to 18 employees completing service and repair projects for the production department. The role is also responsible for assuring that 80% of work is scheduled and 100% of all work is captured in Maximo. The supervisor will also share in the on-call rotation with other supervisors and capture cost of all projects completed.

The Production Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise service and repair employees, evaluate repair projects and employees
  • Assist and train employees
  • Coordinate projects between employees and Production Engineering
  • Coordinate work with employees and contractors
  • Create and complete Maximo work orders
  • Conduct other general supervisory tasks as needed

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 6+ years of field operations experience which demonstrates the ability to effectively manage budgets and maximize well performance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; previous supervisory experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
  • Ability to lead field-based team and deliver results against project timelines and budgets
  • Self starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also functioning as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, in addition to other more customized production software packages
  • Strong organizational skills and high level of comfort with administrative duties such as typing and filing, as well as compiling, reviewing and recording information
  • Ability to analyze data where the objective is to either identify problems and issues OR supply information to others who will use it to develop recommendations and alternatives
