About the Role:

As a Finance Manager you will play a key role in building and supporting the Company's financial infrastructure. This role will provide financial and operational information that will assist the executive leadership management and the board of directors in making informed decisions retrospectively and proactively. This opportunity is ideal for someone who has Corporate FP&A experience in both a publicly traded company and a high growth startup. The ideal candidate is someone looking to design, implement and scale Finance/Operations frameworks. Ample's future Finance Manager will join a growing team of dynamic professionals and report directly to Ample's VP of Finance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Maintain and improve the Company's operating model
  • Own the execution of Company-wide end-to-end corporate forecasting, planning & reporting
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly Management and Board presentations
  • Spearhead financial initiatives & systems improvements to support company growth
  • Provide business analysis of various types of contracts to leadership and maintain contract database
  • Provide finance insight to initiatives with an eye toward optimization, as the company scales
  • Provide insights on market activity and assist with equity research, investor relations and financing activities
  • Drive development of dashboards and KPI tools to analyze results and enable data-driven decision making and tracking



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 6+ years of experience in investment banking, finance/accounting or operating roles preferably at high growth companies (software and/or hardware industries)
  • Advanced modeling skills and corporate modeling experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a quantitative discipline
  • MBA or CFA, preferred
  • Impeccable analytical, communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and excited to step outside the role and help in various ways
  • Ability to work closely with senior management
