How will you make an impact in this role?

The Campus Recruitment - Business Advisory Analyst role is responsible for supporting an overall approach to manage relationships and communications with key influencers such as executive offices, DAs/MAs and business liaisons (including business PMOs). The analyst will support the clarity and alignment on the US Campus objectives, processes and active participation from the assigned Business Units for support.

The Campus Recruitment - Business Advisory Analyst role serves as a liaison between recruiters, coordinators, and business stakeholders to support and enhance the full campus recruitment lifecycle, from recruitment and interviewing to onboarding and diversity strategy. The individual will develop an understanding of their assigned business units, and career functions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manages and supports multiple projects and initiatives across their assigned businesses.
  • Analyzes and reports data to support decisions on day-to-day operations to devise strategic planning and improve efficiencies.
  • Has a deep understanding of the team and business they are serving. Understands the team’s goals and how their data relates and impacts the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners to collaborate on project strategy and execution.
  • Support consultation, and quality oversight on the Stakeholder engagement strategy
  • Partner with colleagues on the overall talent acquisition strategy leveraging tools, resources, and thought leadership across key functions: Assessment & Selection, Marketing & Branding, and/or Operations
  • Create collateral for our internal stakeholders that will help increase education about the recruitment process (talent profiles, interview guides, etc.).
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (business unit support teams) to secure summer intern and full-time hiring targets
  • Manage talent profiles and job description with Legal and the Campus recruiters to kick-off campus season
  • Design and deliver process improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of campus recruitment experience
  • Ability to successfully navigate complex projects with ambiguity or minimal guidance
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects, events, and other initiatives with a high attention to detail
  • Excellent people management skills and organizational skills
  • Proven competency in driving results through strategic thinking and collaboration with others
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions to drive strategy and identify new opportunities for campus recruiting efforts
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills and ability to manage relationships across all levels of a large organization, including senior leadership
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A passion for recruiting and the drive to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
