ACQUISITION/PROCUREMENT/CONTRACT ANALYST ATLANTA, GA

Financial & Realty Services, LLC dba FRS Professional Services, LLC (FRS), in Calverton, MD, is recruiting for Capitalization Support Analysts in Atlanta, Georgia to provide support for capitalization activities for our FAA client s National Airspace System (NAS), other Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), and Space Design contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and review documentation necessary to process capitalization packages and financial assets.
  • Monitor and process capitalization documentation and correspondence for all financial assets and financial tools.
  • Assist with validating financial fixed asset data reconciliation as applicable to capitalized assets.
  • Research and utilize the following existing databases as well as future developed databases to support capitalization efforts:
  1. DELPHI
  2. CITRIX
  3. Asset Interface Database (AID)
  4. Facilities Service and Equipment Profile (FSEP)
  5. National Program Capitalization Tool (NPCT)
  6. Capitalized Assets Processing Suite (CAPS)
  7. Asset Management System (AMS)
  8. Project Document Library (PDL)
  9. Joint Acceptance Inspection (JAI)
  10. AFO Knowledge Share Network (KSN)
  11. Regional Capitalization Team (RCT)
  12. Electronic Capitalization Authorization Form (eCAF)
  13. Corporate Work Plan (CWP)
  14. Access Database Application

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience preferably in a Federal government/FAA environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Project, and SharePoint skills
