What You Will Be Doing

- Verify and evaluate QMS effectiveness and efficiency.
- Report quality trends and issues to Senior Leadership.
- Conduct periodic and annual management reviews of certifications.
- Monitor and report on QMS, customer satisfaction, and supplier quality.
- Analyze and report on internal, vendor, and customer audit results.
- Direct Quality Assurance and Quality Control Teams.
- Ensure quality product output through continuous improvement.
- Lead or assist in quality-related investigations and root-cause analysis.
- Address customer non-compliance issues.
- Maintain material traceability.
- Train and manage production line staff in quality practices.
- Track products through the manufacturing process.
- Fluent in electronic assembly and cabling standards. (IPC-A-610)
- Experienced in developing and managing quality management systems. (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100) with knowledge of FDA compliance and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Over 10 years of relevant work experience.
