  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: IBM Administrator(US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain IBM software products, including but not limited to IBM Db2, IBM WebSphere, and IBM Maximo.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of IBM systems.
  • Implement and manage security protocols and measures to protect data and systems from unauthorized access or breaches.
  • Develop and maintain backup and recovery strategies for IBM environments, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, resolving issues related to IBM applications and systems.
  • Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to identify system requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Plan and execute software updates and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Respond to and manage incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication with affected stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in IBM system administration or a related role.
  • Proficient in IBM software products, with experience in system configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of database management, application servers, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
