Job Title : Oracle Fusion Administrator

Job Location : Romulus, MI

Job Description :

POSITION OVERVIEW: To serve as an on site Oracle Fusion Administrator responsible for leading the implementation, upgrades, performance, enhancements, and support of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with 3rd-party integrator for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project, covering requirements, design, testing, and roll-out of ERP, EPM, and HCM.
  • Work with 3rd-party managed services in ongoing deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, patching, and upgrades of Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the Oracle Fusion suite.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and Oracle as needed.
  • Communicate maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • Maintain Oracle technology roadmap.

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years overall ERP administration experience.
  • Three (3) years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications and Competencies (or equivalent):

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to train internal staff..
  • Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion including AI capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge with business process workflows.
  • Working knowledge with functional/technical design specifications.
  • Working knowledge with data conversions and overall data management.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment
  • Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
  • Working knowledge with core technologies including: ServiceNow, Office365.
  • Certification - at least 1 of the following (or equivalent):
    • Oracle Financials Cloud Implementation Professional
    • Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional
    • Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Professional
    • Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Professional
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Application Integration Professional
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Enterprise Analytics Professional
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Digital Assistant Professional
    • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate.
  • Experience in the public sector.
