Piper Companies is seeking an Power Platform Developer for a Hybrid role. This position would require you to be onsite in Carlisle, PA, 3 in days a week. The Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing Power Apps and Power BI solutions to enhance business processes and provide actionable insights through data visualization and automation.

Responsibilities for the Power Platform Developer:
  • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to present key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • Design, build, and troubleshoot Power Apps applications to streamline business processes, integrating with data sources like SharePoint and Excel.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and propose Power Apps and Power BI solutions for operational efficiency.
  • Recommend process automation and data management solutions using Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Analyze business requirements and create custom Power Apps solutions with seamless integration into the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Document technical specifications and solution designs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date on Microsoft Power Platform advancements to leverage the best tools and practices.

Qualifications for the Power Platform Developer:
  • 1-2 years of experience developing custom solutions using Power Apps and/or Power BI.
  • Experience building and managing Power Apps, including form design, workflow automation, and integration with Microsoft tools.
  • Proven ability to create Power BI reports and dashboards with clear data visualization and performance optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to deliver efficient and scalable business solutions using the Power Platform.
  • Familiarity with business process analysis and proposing improvements using Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of data integration from various sources into Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Ability to document designs, solutions, and processes clearly for stakeholders.

Compensation for the Power Platform Developer:

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 ***depending on experience***
