Combat Corner Professional is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented In-House Graphic Designer to join our growing team.
About the Role:
In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in bringing our custom fight gear and apparel to life. You'll collaborate with the Combat Corners Custom team to create visually stunning and on-brand designs that meet the needs of our clients. From crafting initial concepts to ensuring flawless execution, you'll be responsible for the entire design process, working closely with team members at every stage.

Software Savvy: You're proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and experience with Corel Draw is a plus.

Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly with sales, marketing, and production teams.
Technical Expertise: You have a solid understanding of color modes (CMYK and RGB), vector and raster graphics, and digital design trends.
Deadline Driven: You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines with a smile.
Quick Learner: You possess a strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date with the latest design technologies and best practices.
Eagle Eye: You have a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every design is polished and error-free.

3+ Year of on the job professional experience required.
Responsibilities:
Design custom fight gear and apparel graphics based on client specifications and brand guidelines.
Develop design artwork and schedules based on team members input.
Create engaging digital assets for apparel, print, and online use.
Design and refine digital wireframes and mockups.
Ensure cross-platform compatibility of digital assets.
Optimize digital assets for size and speed of delivery.
Research and present new design trends and opportunities.
Maintain and update the graphics database and graphic files.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.
Qualifications:
3+ years of professional job experience in a graphic design role.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience with Corel Draw (preferred).
Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Impeccable eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Passion for martial arts or combat sports (a plus).
