We are seeking an experienced Director of Innovations to join our team. You will oversee a large complex team dedicated to working on new projects. This role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to manage and guide a team effectively.
Hard Skills
- 4-6+ years Expierence in Engineering Leadership
- Lead experience (Supervisor, Lead, Manager)
- Experience holding people accountable, hiring/firing, managing team member deliverables
- R&D experience and Complex Product Development
- Experience working with large scale contracts (a plus)
- Experience working with electrical and mechanical products (a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities
- Effective people management
This is a permanent position.

This is a fully on-site position in Boulder, Colorado.
