  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description
The Senior Systems Engineer position is responsible for engineering, consulting, and support related to the storage and virtualization products and services that are offered through our Resale and Managed & Cloud Services portfolio. The position performs consulting and engineering services to ensure that our customer s technology systems function efficiently and securely to meet their information technology needs. They must be hardworking, honest, possess a love of technology, and desire to be part of a great team. They must have the ability to manage themselves, work with customers, and handle multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
  • Design, install, configure, maintain, and upgrade products within an area(s) of expertise.
  • Serve as the primary support and maintenance resource for customers.
  • Participate in requirements gathering
  • Interact with sales and support staff for client pre-sales, planning, maintenance, training and support activities
  • Prepare proposals and statements of work (SOW) for projects
  • Prepare bill of materials (BOMs) for hardware and software quotes
  • Manage project scope, change orders, and customer expectations
  • Build customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Manage daily work schedule
  • Participate in training activities within an area(s) of expertise
  • Enter time daily in the time management system
Qualifications:
Required Education, Experience, and Certifications
  • BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, related field or Equivalent Professional Experience
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a consulting and/or professional services role
Preferred Education, Experience, and Certifications
  • Dell EMC Certifications
  • Pure Certifications
  • VMWare Certifications
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Citrix Certifications
