As a Master Data Management Business Analyst in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), you ll have opportunities to contribute to the modernization of data ecosystem of a leading biopharma company, helping to create solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better.

In this role you ll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to develop a long-term MDM data strategy to align with evolving business models, new products, and market expansions.
• Performing technical analysis for the recurring issues and fix permanently
• Responsible for creating the functional requirement and Design documents
• Develop ETL mappings using IICS and create MDM system configuration such as match/Merge rules etc.
• Integrating MDM solution with MuleSoft and other downstream systems like salesforce
• Ability to create architecture and design recommendations while leading working sessions with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting requirements.
• Work with the Internal and External team members to implement enhancements as per the business requirements
• Drive the changes end-to-end and ensure smooth delivery of the projects with communication
• Analyzing complex stored procedures to de-bug the issues and implement a fix

Tools and skills you will use in this role:

• Reltio and Informatica MDM technical and functional skills including Data Ingestion, Data Quality/Validation, Match/Merge process and logic, MDM tool internal workflows, Lifecycle, and data syndication from MDM tool.
• It is essential to possess a strong comprehension of SQL queries and Stored Procedures.
• Must have the knowledge about IDD and its configuration
• Data Stewardship and Governance process skills such as: Manual Merge, Hierarchy, Workflow Management, Unmerge, Curation and Survivorship.
• Data ETL skills using Web Service, JBOSS, SOAP, REST, MuleSoft, Kafka, and Informatica IICS.
• Database design concepts related to MDM solutions and including NoSQL, Graph databases and JSON.
• Excellent communication, and analytical skills, team player

• Bachelor s Degree with 6 years experience; Master s Degree with 5 years experience; PhD with 0 years experience
• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with master data-oriented technologies (Reltio MDM and Informatica MDM), managing data interfaces, AWS cloud Technologies and effective integration with all connected applications.
• Proficiency in creating/updating schema, systems & trust settings, enrichment, deduplication, users, roles, and access in Reltio and Informatica MDM
• Proficiency in data quality tools, including data profiling, cleansing and identity resolution
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for analysis
• Knowledge about NoSQL DB concepts with Reltio
• Agile methodologies, scrum, and Kanban frameworks experience
• Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Desire to work in the office onsite at our location three days a week
• Must understand the MDM environment and its system supporting tables

Beneficial
