  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is clearly defined, well-prioritized, and up to date.
  • Excellent knowledge of healthcare (Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), claims processing, healthcare. responsible for working cross functionally with Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Finance, Formulary, Legal and Rebate Operations
  • Define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure they align with the product roadmap.
  • Based on research, TPO should build a compelling vision and roadmap through prioritization decisions that are well-reasoned and customer-oriented
  • collaborate and negotiate tradeoffs with internal business partners, while communicating efficiently and effectively through excellent verbal/written skills
  • Continuously refine and groom the backlog based on feedback, changing requirements, and market trends.
  • Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements, resolve technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Conduct gap analysis between application and stated customer requirements collaborating with Architects and Developers to estimate project impact

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (such as business leaders, customers, and marketing) and the development team.
  • Communicate technical issues, development timelines, and product goals effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of the product to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the product's technical stack, architecture, and dependencies to guide development decisions.
  • Analyze and interpret technical data and trends to inform product development and improvements.
  • Ensure the product meets performance, scalability, security, and quality standards.
  • Agile Product Development, Experience with could technologies (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure etc, Proficiency in using at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java or Python., Basic Knowledge of distributed software architecture, such as microservices, Experience with API design
  • Agile Methodology, Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Scrum, Product Backlog Definition, Product Roadmap Definition
