We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work for our client headquartered near Easton. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop an understanding of the business strategic priorities, resources, and headcount needs; collaborate with them to execute and improve financial planning and budgeting
  • Prepare forecasts and analyze trends in operational performance
  • Identify trends, anticipate needs, and gather business requirements to support an evolving planning and management reporting function that meets the needs of the users
  • Build and adapt financial models to improve the accuracy of reporting and create accountability for underlying business drivers
  • Collaborate with sales, care, marketing, and product to ensure alignment on drivers and insights

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of finance experience
