  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Summary:

As an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will be a key contributor in the orchestration and optimization of scalable cloud solutions. You will leverage your expertise in automation, cloud security, and Oracle's technology stack to ensure exemplary performance, reliability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize Terraform to author and manage infrastructure as code for consistent and reliable deployment cycles, system monitoring, data protection, and disaster recovery strategies.

- Drive robust OCI security implementations, managing and designing policies, rules, and domains around Ingress/Egress, Security Lists, Identity and Access Management (IAM) in complex Oracle Cloud environments.

- Assess and refine client Oracle ecosystems to maximize OCI alignment with an emphasis on network topologies and security frameworks suitable for high-availability and business continuity goals.

- Advance the rollout of complex, layered applications across OCI's Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings - including mastery of Database, Compute, Storage, Backup, Network, Security, and Load Balancing components - to enhance application throughput, data safety, and system uptime.

- Proficiency in at least one modern scripting or programming language such as Python, Shell scripting, or Go, to aid in automation and solution development.

- Comprehensive understanding of cloud-centric security mechanisms, including but not limited to, multi-tenant isolation, data encryption methodologies (both at rest and in motion), key management solutions, periodic security evaluations, and the strategic use of application-level firewall technologies.

Required Competencies:

- Expert-level knowledge of cloud architecture and the deployment of Oracle workloads within OCI, ensuring high resilience and optimal performance.

- Adept in infrastructure scripting for the automation of routine tasks, leveraging technologies such as Terraform and OCI Resource Manager.

- A strong foundation in cloud security protocols, paired with the ability to translate complex requirements into effective and defendable cloud-based solutions.

- A history of successful client engagements demonstrating the thoughtful transition and management of on-premises workloads to OCI, including the vetting of those workloads for cloud compatibility.

- A commitment to continuous professional development in cloud technologies, particularly Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
