  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description:

Position Purpose: Lead data collection and abstraction for company quality measures, including HEDIS, CMS, CHIPRA and/or any other custom measurements.

Responsibilities:
  • Retrieving medical records with clinical accuracy using remote access to Electronic Medical Record Systems while meeting daily productivity expectations.
  • Accuracy and productivity rates are closely monitored to maintain a >95% accuracy rate, but also to be efficient and productive as compared to their peers.
  • Perform RateMax duties including, but not limited to, medical record review for missed opportunities and provider chase leads, claims research, and chase activation.
