Business Systems Analyst Associate - 142645-1

As a W2 Product Owner based in Pittsburgh, PA, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals. Candidates with backgrounds in fraud within banking, finance, or tech will find this role particularly rewarding.

From day one, you will immerse yourself in understanding the domain, writing detailed user stories, and defining clear acceptance criteria. You will collaborate with the development team to design effective solutions and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will provide necessary clarifications and answers to the team and stakeholders.

As the project progresses, you will continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog, maintain open communication with stakeholders, and monitor the development teams progress to ensure milestones are met. Additionally, you will facilitate thorough testing of all features to meet the established acceptance criteria.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years experience with JIRA, Agile Scrum, Confluence, and Excel. Flexibility with skills such as building stories using Automation Anywhere or another RPA application is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication, curiosity, critical thinking, and assertiveness are essential soft skills. While a degree is not required, relevant experience is valued, and Agile certifications are preferred but not mandatory.

This role requires you to be onsite three days a week, ensuring close collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
