UX Copywriter

Pay Range: $30 - $35/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The core duty of this job is to do user experience (UX) writing for the client's website, mobile app, emails, text messages and push notifications.
• The writer must be able to read and analyze the business requirements provided to create the necessary content.
• They must be able to do strategic thinking to suggest content strategy solutions, collaborate with subject matter experts, and handle working in a very fast-paced environment.
• Writers are expected to complete projects within a span of 1 to 7 days based on complexity.
• Our user experience (UX) writers use Figma to create their content and layout - sometimes they use MS Word.
• SEMrush is used for keyword research.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills:UX Writing, Financial/Insurance Services, Digital Content Design, Figma.
• Portfolio; Financial/Insurance; UX Copy Editor; Digital Content Design; Creating content for Website/Mobile Apps/Emails/Texts; Figma; SEMrush; SEO; AP; CMS
• User Experience (UX) writing or content design (4 years minimum)
• Very familiar with SEO, AP style, using style guides (4 years minimum)
• Experienced in working with subject matter experts and design teams to create user experiences
• Figma, Semrush, and MS Word.
