The client is looking for an experienced FICO SAP S/4 IT Lead with at least 15+ years of experience in SAP FI . This is mandatory due to ITAR compliance regulations.



Key Requirements:

  1. SAP FICO Expertise :
    • Strong in solution design and system configuration , particularly in Cost Plus , Forward Pricing , and Project Systems .
    • Participation in SAP S/4 HANA implementations and providing third-level support .
    • Ability to deploy enhancement projects and ensure system solutions are compliant with business and control standards .
  2. Aerospace and Defense Industry Knowledge :
    • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry is a plus due to industry-specific requirements.
  3. Leadership and Product Ownership :
    • Ability to act as a Product Owner , working with Global Process Owners and business executives to define and execute a product roadmap .
    • Guide the product development lifecycle , define user stories , and prioritize work for the product team.
    • Balance new features against system health, continuous improvement, and support.
  4. Compliance and Auditable Controls :
    • Drive regional solutions with fully auditable and compliant controls .
    • Ensure adherence to ITAR compliance .
  5. Scrum Master Certification :
    • Scrum Master certification is a plus, indicating an ability to manage agile methodologies.
  6. Business Process Improvement :
    • Analyze both business and system processes to recommend improvements using SAP Best Practices .

FICO SAP S4 IT Lead - strong in solution design/System Config (Cost Plus, Forward pricing, Project systems) Aerospace and Defense industry knowledge is a plus Scrum Master certified is a plus Detailed Job Description:As a S/4 FICO Systems Architect and Product Owner, you will be responsible for understanding requirements / problem statements and build solution solutions which meet those requirements. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes and systems processes in order to recommend improvements using use Client standard SAP deployment model and processes and SAP Best Practices. The candidate will participate in SAP implementations, provide third level support as required, and deploy enhancement projects for S/4 HANA footprint. The candidate must understand and drive regional solutions and implement controls that are fully auditable and compliant with business and control standards. The candidate will work directly with the Global Process Owners and business executives to define/execute a product roadmap, guide the product development lifecycle, define user stories, and provide voice of the customer within product processes and across the relevant portfolios and business units.The candidate will define work priorities for individuals dedicated to the product team. They will balance new features against continuous improvement, system health, and support (1.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls (2.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer (3.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conducting Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities. (4.) To create project plans and keep track of schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards (5.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, and participate in technical design discussion and to review technical documents
