About The Role

We’re looking for a driven and structured Client Success Manager with at least 2 years of experience in government contracting, specifically in proposal writing and responding to RFPs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for guiding clients through 2-week trials of the GovSignals platform, as well as running onboarding sessions to ensure successful adoption. You'll play a critical role in educating clients on the platform, making sure they can effectively use GovSignals to streamline their proposal development process.

This position is perfect for someone who loves working with people and thrives in an instructional or teaching capacity. You’ll also have a chance to leverage your sales experience to help drive client retention and satisfaction. Understanding the nuances of government contracting and proposal management, you’ll be essential in ensuring our clients’ success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 2-week trial programs to ensure potential clients fully grasp and can apply the GovSignals platform to their processes
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients, providing training and support on using the software for government proposal writing and compliance
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the trial and onboarding period, answering questions and troubleshooting issues
  • Develop structured onboarding processes and materials to streamline client education
  • Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Assist in the development of instructional materials and workshops for users
  • Leverage your understanding of government processes to help clients integrate GovSignals into their workflows
  • Maintain a high level of client engagement and identify opportunities for upsell during the onboarding and trial process

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years of professional experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in government contracting, with hands-on experience in writing and managing proposals
  • Strong understanding of government RFP processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience in instructional or teaching roles is a plus, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly
  • Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to foster relationships and engage clients
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Outgoing, personable, and comfortable working with diverse teams and clients
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others

Compensation
