The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

What You Will Need :
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- ship is required
- Minimum THREE (3) years of design experience
- Demonstrated portfolio of work, including samples (include link on resume)
- Ability to self-manage multiple projects, tasks, and timelines
- Experience creating and designing the following:
- Infographics/one-pagers
- Logos/brand identity
- Presentations
- Reports
- Animations/short videos
- Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Pro, Photoshop, etc.)
- Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- Minimum FIVE (5) years as a consultant with the federal government or other clients in highly regulated industries
- Experience in User Experience and/or User Interface (UX/UI) design

- Ability to create motion graphics, including animation and videos
