Digital Experience Manager (DEM)
Location: Naperville, IL/ Hybrid
Salary Range: $75,000-$90.000

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Loan Originating Systems (LOS) Analyst to lead our efforts in optimizing digital member experiences across various platforms.

As the LOS, you will:

  • Strategic Alignment: Work to align digital platforms with organizational goals, focusing on standard member experience enhancements.
  • Technology Integration: Evaluate existing business partners and integrate new technologies into current systems, including lending origination and account opening.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to while collaborating with project teams to implement necessary functionalities.
  • Experience Monitoring: Use content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and analytics software to track and monitor user experiences.
  • Process Assessment: Identify gaps in existing processes, recommend improvements, and track usage data to inform decisions regarding digital experiences.
  • Performance Oversight: Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Training & Support: Provide basic training and documentation for team members and end users, maintaining updated procedures.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent).

Experience:

  • Experience in the financial services sector is required.
  • 6 to 8 years in digital platform management, project management, or a related area.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.

Technical Skills:

  • Understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.

Soft Skills:

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Work Environment

Office-based position, collaborating with various stakeholders in a typical office setting. Requires extended periods of sitting and frequent computer use. Attention to detail is important.
