Reports to: Senior Executive Assistant and Chief Executive Officer
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt
Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay rate: $25.00 to $30.00 hourly

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements both business and personal.
- Prepare agendas, and other materials for meetings.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Assist in planning company events, conferences, and team meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on action items.
- Manage expense reports and reimbursements.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive team
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and other office management software.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Experience or knowledge in real estate is a plus.
- Experience in EOS
