  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a skilled Shopify or Netsuite Support Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing technical support for our Shopify and Netsuite platforms, leveraging SQL and cloud technologies to enhance system functionality and user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce support, database management, and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Shopify and Netsuite users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
  • Manage and optimize SQL databases related to Shopify and Netsuite, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.
  • Assist with the integration and configuration of cloud-based services, enhancing the functionality of Shopify and Netsuite.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in e-commerce processes and workflows.
  • Document technical procedures, FAQs, and support guides to streamline operations and enhance team knowledge.
  • Train users on best practices for utilizing Shopify and Netsuite, as well as SQL queries and cloud functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance, identifying and resolving any technical issues proactively.
  • Stay current with industry trends, updates, and best practices related to Shopify, Netsuite, SQL, and cloud services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supporting Shopify and/or Netsuite platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in database management and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration with e-commerce solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer service experience in a technical support role is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting in Shopify and Netsuite.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
  • Understanding of e-commerce best practices and retail operations.
