Description:




  • Client is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst / IT Business Partner Administrator to join our IT Department and support our IT Business Partner (BRM) Team.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Capture and coordinate cross-functional and end-to-end business requirements, particularly in the Mergers & Acquisitions space.
  • Design complex cross-functional data integration plans, identifying and addressing intricate systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and project managers to design cutover scenarios, evaluating and communicating the pros and cons to the business.
  • Define and manage system scope and objectives through front-end analysis and research, leveraging a great understanding of business systems and IT solutions.
  • Analyze business strategies and user needs, document specifications, and translate business objectives into system requirements.
  • Champion for IT process and standardization including the facilitation of work intake and business capability alignment.
  • Support the IT Business Partner organization in their goal to standardize and simplify business and function roadmaps, coordination, reporting and data visualization, collaborating with multiple teams and their needs.
  • Support the annual budget cycle, collecting and documenting detailed budget needs.
  • Adhere to IT methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with other business analysts, technical staff, and management.
  • Maintain a great safety culture by following all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:




  • 7+ years of experience as a business systems analyst, including:
  • Defining and managing system scope and objectives for projects
  • Gathering and preparing detailed user stories
  • Creating and modifying procedures to address complex issues
  • Experience with management reports and roadmaps using tools such as PowerBI, PowerPoint, LeanIX, or similar.
  • Experience in budget reporting and management, ideally using Apptio or a similar tool.
  • Proficiency in change management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Great communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
