LHH is working with an AmLaw firm that is searching for a Health Law Associate -- Data Privacy & Security in its Milwaukee, Chicago, Indianapolis, Madison, or Minneapolis office (preference for Milwaukee).
Details:
- The firm is looking for someone with at least three years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, with a background in technology and data privacy/security.
- Candidates should have the ability to provide advice regarding state and federal privacy laws/regulatory compliance, data protection/management/security, and incident response.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is also strongly preferred.
- This is a hybrid role, preferably requiring 2-3 days in office.
Compensation:
- Base salary will start at $200,000, depending on experience.
