Our client is seeking aSenior System Analyst ! If you have solid experience working within billing systems this would be an ideal role to pursue. This is a highly stable long-term contract role that will provide career growth and learning opportunities.

Location: Denver, CO

Hourly:$60-65, W2, depending on experience

Duration: 6-month contract

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct workflow analysis and work on system integrations and APIs, with a focus on ERP system architecture.

- Develop and document user stories using the 3W format (who, what, and why) to clearly define business needs.

- Experience working on billing systems like Zuora, Chargebee, Recurly, Stripe Billing, Chargify, or Aria Systems.

- Collect, refine, and validate complex business requirements, considering interdependencies, risks, and potential issues.

- Lead data mapping activities and create comprehensive flow diagrams using tools like Lucid Charts or Microsoft Visio.

- Drive process analysis and improvement initiatives across multiple teams or departments, delivering actionable recommendations that enhance enterprise systems.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to deliver successful outcomes.

- Provide minor production support by resolving incidents when necessary.
