We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Product Manager with our industry-leading client in Richmond, VA.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Own triage of Intake requests and maintenance of the Intake form
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Proactively communicate project status and issues
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Support data migration and management activities
  • Utilize SQL, Google Workspace, App Scripting, and Snowflake for data handling and automation
  • Contribute to workflow/process automation initiatives
  • Assist with documentation
  • Gather and analyze user requirements and feedback
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement user-friendly solutions
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Visualize data effectively using charts, graphs, and other visual elements
  • Communicate insights from reports and dashboards to stakeholders
  • Use data to drive decision-making and improve project outcomes

Experience Requirements:
  • User Experience: Understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with user research and testing
  • Scrum Master/Project Management: Proven ability to lead Agile projects and teams
  • Process Improvement: Experience with process optimization and automation
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, Google Workspace, scripting, and data platforms (Snowflake)
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Experience with data analysis tools and techniques, and ability to create clear and insightful reports and dashboards
  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on user experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with database systems and database management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; Ability to work independently and collaboratively


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience
  • Certifications (CSM, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
