  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: Maintain working knowledge of protocol, manuals, data collection forms, and other study related documentation.

  • Participate in the development and implementation of electronic case report forms (eCRFs)
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develops UAT plans, and reviews UAT findings.
  • Create and manage REDCap databases for research studies, including designing data entry forms and surveys, and setting up user access and permissions.
  • Train research staff on the use of REDCap, including data entry, quality control, and reporting.
  • Monitor data quality and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.

A Strong Candidate Would Possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in research data management is preferred including experience using REDCap for research data collection and management.
  • REDCap knowledge and project setup experience.
  • Knowledge of best practices for research data management, including data security and quality control.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R)
  • Experience delivering software training and/or technical customer support.
