7+ Years of end-to-end Workday HCM implementation experience is required including Core HCM, Recruiting, Advance Compensation & Talent Management. Hands-on configuration experience must have.
Experience with at least 4 functional areas within the Workday suite of applications (HCM, Basic and Advance Compensation, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Benefits, Succession Planning, and Workforce Planning)
Must have knowledge and experience about latest offerings from Workday and be able to apply those features/functionalities to company specific business processes.
Skills and implementation experience to Workday Security must have.
Ability to work in diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to identify and analyze areas of risk and develop plans to mitigate.
