About This Opportunity


The Sr. EV Operations Manager will be responsible managing multiple aspects of the EV business including managing a team that is responsbile for EV pricing, EV P&L Responsbility including Financial results, EV Finanacial Reporting, LCFS Reporting, and EV Network Uptime including both Network and chargers. The candidate will manage a diverse set of teams responsible for accomplishing all facets of EV Operations resulting in year over year growth and positive business results.

  • Support the Own/Operate Operational Strategy development with key stakeholders to capture, retain and grow market EV Share
  • Build and Evaluate EV financial models, consolidate financial statements and Forecast revenue as needed for future business forecasting
  • Analyze and report on historical revenue, spending, and customer data and trends
  • Develop and build EV monitoring and maintenance programs throughout the US & Canada
  • Proactively seek ways to drive sales and minimize expenses for 7-Eleven's EV Business
  • Develop processes and procedures to proactively expand 7-Eleven's EV business
  • Develop effective partnerships across the organization on all levels
  • Lead and mentor a diverse group of Operational Professionals
  • Maintain EV department budget within tolerance levels
  • Oversee the development of EV reporting
  • Develop effective partnerships across the organization on all levels to achieve EV sales and margin targets
  • Support development of 7-Eleven's EV charging network by providing high quality data analysis and financial reporting to inform internal stakeholders about our customers and business


  • Education: Bachelors/4 year degree (Required)
  • Years of revelevant work experience 10+
  • Years of Management 5+
  • Education (preferred): Graduate degree, such as an Engineering or MBA
  • Experience (required): 10+ years of Operational/ Retail/ Military / financial/analytics experience
  • Experience (preferred): Electric vehicle charging industry experience; Leadership.
  • High standards to uphold 7-Eleven's leadership principles
  • Leader who colloborate with peers while working independently on important projects
  • Strong It can be Done AND analytical and organizational skills using tools like MS Office, project management software, Power BI, etc. SQL experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills, plus have experience reporting to senior leadership and executives
  • Strong Interpersonal skill including the ability to manage in highly charged situations with customers, teammates, team members, peers and contemporaries
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently in a fast paced, ever changing environment Experience in product and project development
  • Strong collaborative skills, internal and external previous management or program leadership experience
