Job Title: Document Management System Specialist with Xpertdoc

Role Description:

As a Document Management System Specialist specializing in Xpertdoc, you will manage the integration and implementation of document content within the Ariel DB retirement administration software, ensuring compliance with client-specific regulations and legal standards in the US and Canada. Your expertise will drive the creation, modification, and quality assurance of various client-facing documents, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement new documents for inclusion in standard solutions for the US and Canada.
  • Analyze client change requests and update documents accordingly to meet their specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify needs and provide document solutions.
  • Analyze, modify, and create statements, letters, and standard forms using Xpertdoc technology.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for document-related queries, including statements, annual reviews, and benefits.
  • Ensure all documents comply with regulatory and legal standards for both the US and Canada.
  • Produce high-quality documents while managing and meeting client expectations.
  • Review final documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Be available for client visits and provide expert consultation on document content and structure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Project Management, Communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in document management, preferably within retirement plan administration or similar industries.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex information.
  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken, preferred.
  • Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of retirement plan administration is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Xpertdoc or other document generation/integration tools.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for retirement plan administration in the US and Canada.
