Technical Writer

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Experience with web page user interface design.
• Experience of creating end-user documentation for technical systems.
• Experience of developing end-user documents for complex relational database applications,
• Knowledge of computer systems and how they integrate with business processes.
• Proficient in preparing technical documents for audiences with varying technical knowledge.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making in design and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Document user stories and business IT system requirements.
• Responsible in coordinating business users, technical staff, and architects.
• Identify gaps and develop/revise policies.

• Engage with stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
