Reports to
Beverage Director
Director of Operations
General Managers/ AGMs of each location
Schedule And Compensation
5 days/week- 2 days of Admin, 3 tipped shifts in stores (or similar division of time to be determined by business need)
$30/hr for non-tipped hours : $18/hr - minus tip credit
40hrs/week maximum, no overtime
Key Responsibilities
Ensure consistency and quality encompassing all coffee and NA Beverage items ? Assist in communicating expectations and any changes or specials to coffee/NA programs
Oversee cleanliness and organization of bar/barista stations
Assist in keeping bar/barista opening/closing procedures consistent and up to date ? Assist with maintaining accuracy in bevager for coffee and NA items ? Assist with inventory counting and variance reporting
Developing coffee / NA bev manuals and training materials
Liaise with coffee/tea related vendors and reps
Assist as needed with inventory, ordering and receiving
Ensure proper operation of barista equipment and report any damaged or improperly operating equipment to manager/beverage director / liaise with maintenance as needed to ensure timely repair or replacement
Work in stores as barista/bartender/beverage lead
Assist beverage director with maintaining overall health and integrity of the beverage program
Staff Oversight
In shift training of new staff in line with training schedule put together by manager or beverage director
Coaching other hourly employees on standards / proper procedures, reporting back to managers / beverage directors specific details on any teammates consistently not following procedures or not operating up to standard
Working with bar leads of each location to ensure quality of coffee product and efficient ordering for all things coffee related
